Shipping & Returns
We want every Whistle Britches order to feel just as special when it arrives at your door as it does when you pick it out in-store. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your items to you and what to do if something doesn’t work out.
Shipping
At Whistle Britches, we work hard to get your order to you quickly. Orders over $150 ship free anywhere in the U.S., while all other orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with rates calculated by weight at checkout.
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days, and most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
If you’re local, you can select our free in-store pickup option at checkout and we’ll email you as soon as your order is ready for pickup at our downtown Rome, GA boutique!
Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Please note that all sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at whistlebritchesonline@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include “Damaged Item (Invoice #)” in the subject line and attach clear photos of the damage.
Damaged items must be returned within the standard 14-day return period.
We do not guarantee jewelry, items shrinking, or other issues related to normal wear.
